JobAccess is the Australian Government’s national hub for disability employment information. It provides free, confidential and accessible advice to help people with disability find and keep a job, and supports employers to create inclusive workplaces.

Key Services

• Employment Assistance Fund (EAF)  

Offers financial support for workplace modifications, assistive equipment, Auslan interpreting, and other job-related supports.

• Workplace Assessments & Modifications  

Conducted by the National Panel of Assessors to evaluate workplace needs and recommend adjustments.

• National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC)  

Helps employers improve disability confidence, inclusive hiring practices, and workplace accessibility.

• Information & Resources  

Guidance on job search, resume writing, interview preparation, rights and responsibilities, and returning to work after injury or illness.
