About Level Up!
Level Up! is a series of dynamic, multi-day career fairs held across Ontario. These events bring together skilled trades professionals from industry organizations, post-secondary institutions, businesses, and associations. The fairs are primarily targeted at students in Grades 7 to 12, but also welcome parents, guardians, and jobseekers.

What to Expect
At these interactive exhibitions, attendees can:

• Explore over 140 skilled trades across the construction, industrial, motive power, and service sectors.

• Participate in hands-on activities and watch live demonstrations using tools and machinery.

• Speak directly with employers, apprentices, and tradespeople to hear personal journeys and gain real-world insights.

• Learn about apprenticeship pathways and get expert guidance on how to start a career in the trades.
